Garza Entertainment reserves the right withdraw and cancel services from an establishment at any time.
Garza Entertainment is not liable for any person/persons that may succumb to injury due to accident or any other nature while attending/participating in our shows.
By participating in shows the patron(s) are in agreement with the guidelines provided in the Tips and Tricks section of the website and can be removed at anytime should compliance not be met.

Any participant who deliberately causes harm to any equipment WILL be held liable and forced to take financial responsibility for any/all damaged equipment.
Hate speech/ Verbal abuse/ Unruly behavior is not and WILL NOT be tolerated and is grounds for removal.
Customers/Establishments are to pay for all services rendered in full within 24 hours of services provided.
Garza Entertainment reserves the right to refuse service to any patron/participant/establishment who violates any of the above Terms and Conditions.
